  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND TO?
    We create and ship our designs from Georgia. Orders placed here on our website only ship within the US. If you have a special request outside of the US, please contact us.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Once payment is received, most orders will be processed within three business days and shipped according to the shipping method you choose during chekout (see shipping options below). Please allow 7-15 business days for custom creations. You will be notified via email when your items are shipped with a tracking number attached. RCR Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages. If a package is damaged upon arrival, you will need to file a damages claim with USPS.   • WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Your payments are securely processed by Stripe. We also accept payments via PayPal.
  • DO YOU REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
    Due to the custom nature of our designs and materials, we do not offer refunds. We hope that you will love your jewelry but if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, exchanges are gladly accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for exchange unless defective. If your RCR Jewelry is damaged within 7 days of purchase, we will repair at no charge. Please contact us prior to returning an item to obtain a return authorization number. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE. If you choose to return an item via carrier of your choice, you are responsible for all shipping costs. If you are returning an item for exchange or resizing, there may be a $5.00 restocking and/or resizing fee applied. Please contact us immediately with any problems/issues with the item so that we can communicate the next course of action and resolution. Our ultimate goal is to keep you happy!
  • WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
    We use a variety of quality materials such as semi-precious gemstones and other high quality beads.
  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RCR JEWELRY?
    To maintain the quality of your RCR Jewelry, consider doing the following: After wearing, wipe your beaded RCR Jewelry with a soft cloth. Put your RCR Jewelry on last, after cosmetics, perfume, hairspray and other chemical substances that can be corrosive. Store your RCR Jewelry separately in a jewelry box or pouch to avoid scratching. RCR Jewelry should not be worn while showering or swimming. Avoid exposure to chemicals, cleaning solutions & excessive sweat (which contains salt & is corrosive). Some bracelets are made of stretchy elastic, over stretching can result in breaking.
